I spearheaded the complete redesign of a major affiliate site, handling the user research, wireframes, hi-fi mockups, and user testing independently. I developed a custom WordPress theme to improve user experience and site performance significantly. Additionally, I crafted the entire website for Black Cloud Media, providing ongoing maintenance and updates as required. As part of the process, I executed a seamless migration of the database from the previous site to the new one using phpMyAdmin.

I built moonowlsmages.com from using only vanilla code to provide a quick and unique user experience, and aligning with the aesthetic of the band. Taking notes from early internet trends, I used lots of gifs, backgrounds, and unique elements to complete an interesting look and feel.

With a focus on security, I've implemented authentication and user credential management using Bcrypt. Additionally, I've created specialized functions for generating song recommendations based on user data and compiled an application that integrates diverse front and backend technologies to gather and leverage user music preferences effectively.

I collaborated within a team to engineer a dynamic platform using React and Node.js, serving as a central hub for diverse content, including data, merchandise, and a blog. I designed an admin access system to facilitate effortless editing of merchandise listings, images, and blog posts, ensuring seamless content management. Additionally, I integrated the Stripe API, enabling real-time product displays, secure cart functionality, and checkout capabilities, ultimately enhancing user experience and facilitating secure transactions.
